Co-operative Learning

 

 

 

At Audley Junior School, we have introduced Kagan Cooperative Learning as a teaching tool to support quality first teaching.  Small teams of students, usually teams of 4, work together towards a learning goal.  Each member of a team is responsible not only for learning what is being taught, but also for helping teammates learn, thus creating an atmosphere of achievement.
