My child has been given a place, what happens now?

When places are allocated, a letter is sent home to confirm this and to request a small deposit to secure your child's place. 

This is an overview of what happens in the run up to the residential:

 Deposits paid to secure places

 Medical form completed (for school use)

 Additional payments are made to pay the remaining amount before the deadline

 Families are invited in to school to meet with the staff and discuss any questions they may have

 Children (and families) decide which clothes, shoes, etc. they will take with them (see Kit List on the Important Information page)

 Children and parents meet at school at 8am on the morning of the trip

Important dates for July 2025 visit:

Thursday 27th February - deadline to request a place

Friday 28th February - names chosen and places offered (letters sent home to explain)

Monday 10th March - deposit must be paid to secure your child's place (ParentPay)

Tuesday 17th June - full amount must be paid (ParentPay) 

Monday 23rd (9am) and Tuesday 24th (3:15pm) June - Parents Meeting 

Friday 11th July - parents and children meet at school at 8am - coach leaves at 8:15am

Sunday 13th July - coach returns to school at 5:30pm
