Good evening,
It has been a busy, busy day. Groups have been having all sorts of different adventures; wet ones and dry ones. The children have shown fantastic resilience and determination today – when anyone found an activity that made them a little anxious, they had a go anyway, with their friends’ help, and most of them achieved more than they expected they would.
Dinner today was tasty chicken burgers with chips, salad and beans, followed by jelly and ice cream. In the evening, we took advantage of the good weather and had a campfire where there was singing, stick collecting and, most importantly, marshmallow toasting.
